Tues March 18, 2025 - The HVAC Field Service Engineer Mr. Ismail Tunc No. 2041 was: • Competent • Very courteous • Experienced • Left our Carrier 8000TS WeatherMaster furnace area very clean & neat. • Advised me a bit on how to keep things going worry free for a residential home owner. • Was done in about one hour or so. Everything went smoothly and as expected. No surprises today. Beforehand, I made sure his work area was as clear as possible with adequate lighting. I also made sure our two cats were locked up in the bedroom while Ismail was working in the basement. I know Mr. Ismail Tunc would make a great trainer for new technicians. Many thanks! ~~ Dave B

Jacob did a wonderful job cleaning our furnace. He is very efficient. I have used Isaac heating and air conditioning for many years and never had an issue with the service. All of their techs are well trained and very professional.

We had a great experience with our technician, Liam. He was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough with his AC repair work. He arrived on time and communicated with us throughout the process to let us know what the issue was and how he was fixing it. He did a thorough job with an involved repair and left us feeling confident he had fixed the issue. We also appreciate that he was courteous and professional while working throughout our house, especially as we were working from home and managing a child and dog. We could not be more satisfied. Shannon and Jayden were extremely professional and efficient today installing our new furnace and air conditioning unit. When Shannon finished the installation, he presented in detail what work was done and directions that I should take to maintain the furnace and air conditioner. He then carefully answered all my questions leaving me completely comfortable with the completed job. The whole purchase and installation process was done quickly, professionally and at a cost that no other vendor could beat. Jon, as the project manager was extremely knowledgeable making me feel comfortable with my purchase and Shannon and Jayden were here 2 days later with a flawless installation. First of all the company sends a photo so you know who your technician is! He placed coverings over his shoes. Two big deals. Very classy. He was very knowledgeable and was able to explain things in a way we could understand. We had many questions. He was friendly and offered advice for us moving forward as our equipment is getting old. Not pushy ,as he said some people replace early in preparation for it failing , and others wait. I think he exemplifies a service relationship which leads to having customers for life. He was upfront on the pricing for the services we wanted and explained why we would need or not need something. We were very pleased.
